We always cover a portion of the true shipping cost for you. We will refund any overcharge greater than $1 promptly upon shipping.

We do our best to custom fit you based on the information and measurements you provide. If something doesn’t fit you, please contact us right away. We will work with you to make the necessary alterations and share all related shipping costs.
If a style or colour doesn’t suit you, you may return or exchange your item. Please note:
1. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return/exchange.
2. Returned items must be in good salable condition.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and initial shipping charges are (in most cases) non-refundable.
4. If your garment is very customized, you may only be eligible for a partial return/exchange. Contact us when you order if you are concerned about eligibility.
