Items ship within 10 business days. If there is any change in this timeline, we will let you know. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know right away, and we'll do our best to work within it.

We ship anywhere in the world via Canada Post. Choose regular or express shipping in the checkout. Import taxes and customs fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

In most cases, we cover a portion of the true shipping cost for you. We will refund any overcharge greater than $1 promptly upon shipping.

If your order total is over $1000, please contact us prior to checkout.

Within Canada:

via Expedited Parcel Post, 2 - 7 business days, fully insured and trackable: $10 flat rate

via ExpressPost, 1 - 3 business days, fully insured and trackable: $20 flat rate

Continental USA:

via Expedited USA Parcel Post, 5 - 9 business days, fully insured and trackable:

$0 - $80 order total, $12 shipping 

$81 - $700 order total, $14 shipping

$701 - $1000 order total,  free shipping

via ExpressPost USA, 3 - 5 business days, fully insured and trackable:

$0 - $80 order total, $22 shipping 

$81 - $1000 order total, $24 shipping

International:

via International Small Packet Air, 6 - 10 business days, insured up to $100, not trackable:

$0 - $80 order total, $15 shipping 

$81 - $200 order total, $30 shipping

$201 - $350 order total, $45 shipping

(orders over $350 must be sent via ExpressPost due to weight restrictions)

via ExpressPost International, 5 - 7 business days, fully insured and trackable:

$0 - $180 order total, $70 shipping

$181 - $500 order total, $80 shipping

$501 - $1000 order total, $100 shipping

We want you to enjoy your new clothes! 

We do our best to custom fit you based on the information and measurements you provide. If something doesn’t fit you, please contact us right away. We will work with you to make the necessary alterations and share all related shipping costs.

If a style or colour doesn’t suit you, you may return or exchange your item. Please note:

1. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return.

2. Returned items must be in good salable condition.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and initial shipping charges are (in most cases) non-refundable.

4. If your garment is plus size or very customized, you may only be eligible for a partial return/exchange. Contact us when you order if you are concerned about eligibility.
